Shipping & returns

We want all of our customers to receive clean and unused products that are in excellent condition. There are no returns on anything other than fibers/threads that have been purchased within the last 30 days. A store credit will be issued for the fiber/threads that are being returned when they are in perfect condition as when purchased.
There must be a 24-hour notification in advance of a class beginning in order to move to a different class or to have a store credit issued. Non-refundable deposits for a class will not be refunded.
There will be no refunds on shipping costs.  If there is a return required when a product is ordered and shipped it is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the merchandise at their expense.
